Our clients became the owners of the thirth floor and the attic of a house in Saint-Gilles. Their wish is to renovate the attic, in order to transform their appartment into a luminous and open duplex. As their budget is quite tight, we focus on the major structural elements : the acces from the main staircase, the intermediate floor and the acces to the terrace on the flat roof.
